Natsudaidain alleviates acute lung injury through the PI3K/Akt and P53 signaling pathways by inhibiting MLE-12 apoptosis: a network pharmacology study and experimental validation
Natsudaidain is a effective therapeutic agent for ALI. Its protective effect against ALI is primarily achieved by reducing apoptosis in MLE-12 cells through the upregulation of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and the downregulation of the P53 signaling pathway.
