Research on stress monitoring method of pressure vessels based on fiber Bragg grating
Through modeling and simulation, stress analysis was carried out on a certain type of pressure vessel for storing special fuels to obtain the distribution law of the stress field. The fiber Bragg grating sensing technology was employed to establish a safety monitoring and early warning system to achieve real-time acquisition of stress data. The discrete stress points were continuously processed through interpolation methods to reconstruct the stress field and realize data visualization. Under simulated actual working conditions, the full process tests of pressurization, pressure maintaining, and depressurization of the pressure vessel were conducted. The measurement results were re-demonstrated using the resistance strain gauge method, verifying the feasibility of the monitoring and visualization methods.
