Design of lightweight short-wave infrared zoom optical system
Aiming at the problems of many lenses and the high cost of traditional short-wave infrared zoom lens, this paper proposes a lightweight polarization imaging zoom lens design method based on an aspherical lens. A short-wave infrared polarimetric imaging zoom lenses with 1920×1080 resolution and 4.65 nm pixel size InGaAs detector is designed, and a continuous zoom of 50~250 mm (5x zoom ratio) is achieved by the ZEMAX multi-structure optimization algorithm. Only six aspherical lenses are used and the total length is compressed to 280mm, significantly reducing system complexity and processing cost while maintaining image quality. The system modulation transfer function (MTF) is greater than 0.4 at 107 lp/mm and the maximum aberration is less than 4%, meeting the requirements for high-resolution polarization imaging. The design provides a low-cost, engineered optical solution for shortwave infrared lightweight polarization imaging systems.
