Research on Data Sharing Security of Medical Consortium Based on Blockchain

In response to the security issues of data leakage, tampering, and abuse during the sharing process of medical data among medical consortia members, proposed a method based on blockchain to improve the security of data sharing. The security medical sharing system is consist of a medical consortium blockchain platform, cryptography infrastructure and IPFS system, the medical consortium blockchain platform which is the most critical facility. After the strengthened identity authentication of medical data sharing participants, the shared medical data with encryption is stored into the IPFS system, the encrypted data storage addresses, the hash value of the shared plaintext data and the authorization with the patients' electronic signature are stored into blockchain. Depend on the confidentiality, nonrepudiation and accountability of the method, the security of medical sharing is greatly improved, the abuse of medical data is effectively control under the patient authorization, which safeguard the privacy and legitimate rights of patients and escort the healthy development of the medical industry.
