Workshop: Putting Up the Bat Signal to Partner Technical and Communication Curricula

Workshop participants will be encouraged to consider benefits and practical steps for developing teaching partnerships between technical and communication instructors. Service design methodology will be introduced as a mechanism for implementing such partnerships to account for participants' wide varieties of institutional contexts and curricular requirements and/or student learning outcomes. Participants will develop their own service ecology to take with them to begin formulating their own teaching partnership.
