Design of Taming Timekeeping System of Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator Based on Beidou
The time synchronization accuracy between the detonation system and the acquisition system in seismic exploration determines the effectiveness of waveform data analysis. The traditional detonation system uses a high-precision satellite clock as a high-precision system clock to complete time synchronization. However, in complex geographical environments, there is a situation where the satellite signal is lost, the system time accuracy cannot be guaranteed, and the collected seismic data has low credibility. In order to solve the problem of the failure of the system reference clock source due to the loss of satellite signals, it is proposed to add a fast taming and timekeeping function to the detonation system, and use the Beidou high-precision second pulse signal combined with the incremental PID control algorithm to adjust the output frequency of the temperature-compensated crystal oscillator to ensure the effective implementation of the exploration task. The results show that after 300 seconds of rapid taming, the system timekeeping error of the autonomous operation for 4 hours is less than 568us, which meets the time accuracy requirements of the detonation system.
