Examine the Application of E-Learning to Empower Entrepreneurs with Disabilities: A Bibliometric Analysis
Disability entrepreneurship still lacks sufficient attention, as it remains an under-researched area with limited resources and support. By systematically reviewing the existing literature, this study obtained 45 relevant articles from 153 articles sourced from Web of Science and Scopus databases. Content analysis was employed to uncover key trends and emerging themes in disability entrepreneurship, with a focus on e-learning applications. Digital platforms help entrepreneurs with disabilities overcome physical and logistical challenges by offering accessible resources, networking opportunities, and scalable business solutions. The findings highlight the importance of accessible and inclusive e-learning platforms that cater to the unique needs of disabled entrepreneurs, enabling them to acquire essential business skills and knowledge. The study also sheds light on the gaps in current research, suggesting areas for future exploration to enhance the effectiveness of e-learning as a tool for empowering this marginalized group. This analysis provides valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and practitioners aiming to support disabled entrepreneurs in their journey toward business success.
