Under the profound leadership and direction of the Party, the process of building socialism and maintaining national security in Vietnam has remained stable. However, hostile forces have exploited issues such as “democracy” and “human rights” to implement peaceful evolution strategies aimed at causing political instability and attacking the socialist construction process in our country. This article clarifies the schemes and tactics of these hostile forces against the socialist cause and proposes solutions to enhance the role of the People's Public Security in combating activities aimed at undermining the Party and the socialist construction in Vietnam.
