Study on the Impact of Network Security Threats on Supply Chain Management and the Countermeasures of Enterprises

Under the background of increasing digitalization and platformization of global supply chain, network security threats have become an important factor affecting the stable operation of supply chain.Based on the systematic analysis of network attack mechanism and vulnerable links of supply chain, this paper constructs the logical framework of network security events impact on enterprise supply chain performance, and selects SolarWinds and a large domestic manufacturing enterprise to analyze, through path tracing and response time line reveals the multidimensional diffusion effect of network risk.At the same time, combining questionnaire survey and data statistics, this paper puts forward an integrated enterprise coping strategy system from four levels: technology, management, culture and supply chain coordination.The research shows that network security problems have been deeply embedded in the collaborative logic of supply chain, and it is urgent to reconstruct them from the level of enterprise governance.It is suggested to formulate unified standards, strengthen industrial joint defense mechanism, improve overall system resilience, so as to realize stable supply chain management in digital environment.
