Professional Burnout of Employees of an Educational Organization as one of the Causes of Professional Conflicts
It is difficult to find an organization where there are no conflicts between employees. Even in the smallest team, incidents sometimes occur. Conflicts negatively affect all employees, affecting many aspects of the company's activities. The article discusses the specifics and technology of professional conflict management in an educational organization.
