Personal Growth: Tools for Success for a New Generation of Students

The article considers the importance of personal growth as a key tool for the successful self-realization of a new generation of students in the context of modern challenges of the 21st century. Particular attention is paid to the innovative course "Personal Growth Program," implemented in the educational process of the NEI UNPK "International University of Kyrgyzstan" in 2022. The program includes eight modules covering aspects from goal setting and digital literacy to emotional intelligence and personal brand. It is concluded that it is necessary to transform educational approaches taking into account the needs of the digital generation striving for personal and professional growth. The purpose of the article is to analyze how knowledge in the subject "Personal Growth Program" affects the formation of practical skills in students to achieve success and offer practical recommendations for their implementation in the daily life of future specialists.
