On the Launch of the Journal of GMC Nagpur-A Platinum Jubilee InitiativeIt is with immense pride and heartfelt satisfaction that I present to you the inaugural issue of the Journal of GMC Nagpur-a long-cherished dream finally taking shape as part of our Platinum Jubilee celebrations.Government Medical College, Nagpur, one of the premier medical institutions in the country, has always been at the forefront of academic excellence, clinical service, and community health.As we commemorate 75 glorious years of our institution's journey, the launch of this journal marks a significant milestone in our continued commitment to medical research and scholarly dissemination.This initiative is not merely the publication of a journal; it is a reaffirmation of our belief in the power of knowledge sharing.The Medical Staff Research Society, which has nurtured a culture of inquiry and scientific exploration within the campus, will now have its vision reflected and recorded through the pages of this journal.The idea of a dedicated academic platform for our faculty, postgraduate students, alumni, and researchers has been brewing for many years.Many have dreamt of it, worked towards it, and hoped to see this day-and it brings me great joy that we are finally here.This journal will not only provide a platform for original research, reviews, case discussions, and academic debates but also serve as a mirror of the evolving medical challenges and solutions relevant to our region and beyond.I extend my sincere gratitude to the Editorial Board,
