Research and practice of intelligent building energy management system based on BIM+GIS fusion technology
Aiming at the current situation of insufficient intelligent level of energy management in university buildings, this study proposes an intelligent energy management system architecture that integrates building information modeling (BIM) and geographic information system (GIS). By constructing a BIM+GIS data interoperability platform, it realizes the multi-dimensional fusion of the internal mechanical and electrical systems of the building and the external environmental data. An integrated system containing a 3D visualization interactive interface, intelligent regulation algorithm and energy audit module is developed, and an empirical study is carried out in the mechanical building of a university. The results show that the system significantly improves the comprehensive energy efficiency of the building, significantly reduces the cost of equipment operation and maintenance, and provides an innovative solution for smart campus energy management.
