Exploration of a digital and intelligent inspection mode for electric energy metering equipment based on massive data
Under the new power system, with the large-scale integration of new users, such as electric vehicles and distributed energy resources into the grid, the methods and frequency of electric energy metering are gradually changing. The variety and quantity of electric energy metering equipment continue to increase, and the scale of automated inspection is also expanding. Traditional inspection modes for metering equipment face challenges such as heavy operational workload, non-standard fault handling, and insufficient capability for massive data mining, making it difficult to meet the new requirements for reliability and efficiency in the current large-scale inspection of metering equipment. This paper innovatively explores a new digital and intelligent inspection mode for electric energy metering equipment, establishing a digital and intelligent inspection and operation platform based on massive data. This platform enables visualization of production tasks, digitalization of business processes, and intelligent health evaluation, significantly improving operational efficiency and comprehensively strengthening quality control of metering equipment.
