Experimental study on the stiffness of flexible cables for spatial ultra-quiet vibration isolation system
Aiming at the key problem of cable disturbance affecting vibration isolation performance in spatial ultra-quiet vibration isolation systems, this paper carries out the research of flexible cable stiffness characteristics testing and optimization design. This paper firstly proposes a common static and dynamic stiffness testing scheme for flexible cables, which can realize the static stiffness measurement of six degrees of freedom and the dynamic stiffness measurement of single degree of freedom of the cables; then, by comparing the stiffness of different types of flexible cables, it systematically researches the influence of the structural parameters, geometric configurations and other factors on the stiffness characteristics of its law, and analyzes the stiffness characteristics of multi-degree-of-freedom coupling and their influence on the vibration isolation performance. Based on the experimental results, an optimization design criterion for a space vibration isolation system is proposed. This study can provide important experimental support for the optimization of the stiffness of flexible cables and the improvement of the control performance of spatial ultra-quiet vibration isolation systems.
