Research on the value evaluation technology of power grid asset life cycle cost input based on TOPSIS method

National policies provide new development requirements and investment-driven guidelines for the upgrading and renovation of power grid assets. At the same time, facing complex internal and external business situations and regulatory policies, power grid companies urgently need to establish a cost-value assessment system for the life cycle of grid assets. This paper focuses on analyzing the correlation between input-output indicators and evaluates the input-output efficiency of different assets based on the Grey Management-TOPSIS model. Firstly, the life cycle cost of power grid assets is analyzed, and key output indicators are selected through principal component analysis. The grey correlation analysis optimizes the distance calculation method, introducing a dynamic ideal solution to improve the robustness of the traditional TOPSIS method. The paper evaluates the cost-efficiency and value optimization of different assets in operation and management. Finally, empirical analysis validates the scientific nature of the model, and the evaluation results provide a scientific basis for the decision-making in the management of power grid assets, aiming to identify the most cost-effective and value-optimized investment plans.
