Research on cable recycling method based on cooperative recycling tray and traction wheel

Addressing the issues of excessive tension leading to cable damage and low recovery efficiency in traditional cable recycling processes, this paper proposes a cable recycling and reuse method based on a cooperative recovery disc and traction wheel. This method skillfully integrates advanced cable recycling technology with precise tension control technology in the traction system, aiming to overcome the bottlenecks of inefficiency and cable vulnerability in traditional cable recycling methods. The paper begins with a comprehensive overview of the limitations of traditional cable recycling methods, and then delves into the core working principle, specific implementation steps, and significant advantages of this innovative method compared to traditional approaches. Through rigorous analysis of experimental data, this paper robustly validates the efficiency and practical feasibility of the new method, and further provides a forward-looking outlook on its extensive application potential and future development trends.
