Optical Reservoir Computing Using Chiral Metasurface Structure and EO Polymer/Si Hybrid Optical Modulator

We studied the optical reservoir computing, using chiral metasurface structures with thermooptic effect and EO polymer/Si hybrid optical modulator. We demonstrated high accuracy of neuromorphic processing using the MNIST dataset in simulation.
