High Power Narrow Linewidth Master Oscillator Power Amplifier Laser at 1.55 μm
A 1.55 μm high power narrow linewidth Master Oscillator Power Amplifier (MOPA) Laser with peak power up to 1.5 W and Lorentz linewidth down to 55 kHz has been proposed, which is well suited for space optical communication and LIDAR systems.
