Multi-modal Data Fusion with Knowledge Graph for Alarm Root Cause Analysis in Optical Networks

We propose a multi-modal data method for alarm root cause analysis in optical networks, achieving accuracy of 0.926 and F1-score of 0.916 in eight concurrent root alarms identification, along with precise analysis of root causes.
