Research on Integrated Network Security Operation System for Large Central Enterprises

Building an integrated security operation center requires comprehensive consideration and practice in multiple aspects such as strategy, technology, team, process, and security resources. This paper presents the problems and challenges faced by the traditional network security operation mode of large state-owned enterprises in the process of transitioning to an intensive network security operation system. Referring to the ITSS series standards to clarify the main content of the security operation system, This paper forms an operation structure of “state-owned enterprise headquarters — security operation center — branch units”, discusses the functional positioning of the security operation center and the service content of the three stages, and points out that integrating security capabilities can improve the overall network security level of state-owned enterprises. For large state-owned enterprises, establishing compliant security management system and operating standard, using advanced network security technologies and protection products, strengthening network security training and security service team building, building efficient joint prevention, control, and emergency response mechanism, continuously optimizing and improving operational workflows, not only helps to achieve efficient and intensive construction of enterprise level security operation center, but also safeguards the digital transformation of large state-owned enterprises.
