An RSOP Monitoring Prototype Based on Improved HHT Algorithm

We propose an RSOP monitoring prototype based on improved Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT), which achieves a maximum monitoring speed of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$20 \text{Mrad} / \mathrm{s}$</tex> or higher, an accuracy below 1.27%, and millisecond-level processing capability.

Abstract

We propose an RSOP monitoring prototype based on improved Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT), which achieves a maximum monitoring speed of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$20 \text{Mrad} / \mathrm{s}$</tex> or higher, an accuracy below 1.27%, and millisecond-level processing capability.
