Demonstration of Physically-Secured 300-GHz-Band Wireless Transmission Decrypted by AND Operation

We developed a high-security wireless communication system using physical-layer security based on coherent detection of THz waves. Experiments under practical conditions, using two physically separate transmitters at up to 1.5 Gbit/s demonstrated a successful communication.
