DWDM Analog RoF Transmission Using a Photonic Bandgap Hollow-Core Fiber

We experimentally demonstrate dense wavelength division multiplexing analog radio-overfiber transmission using a hollow-core fiber (HCF). We show that HCFs has much higher transmission characteristics than silica-core single-mode fibers in simultaneous three-channel transmission.

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate dense wavelength division multiplexing analog radio-overfiber transmission using a hollow-core fiber (HCF). We show that HCFs has much higher transmission characteristics than silica-core single-mode fibers in simultaneous three-channel transmission.
