Dual-Band Non-Resonant Partially Reflective Surface Antennas with Reflection Phase Manipulation
A novel method to achieve dual-band operation in non-resonant partially reflective surface antennas (NRPRSAs) is presented. The proposed approach utilizes a uniform PRS characterized by a sharply varying reflection phase, enabling the formation of an in-phase surface above the NRPRSA at three distinct frequency bands. This configuration results in high-gain performance across dual frequency bands, while maintaining the structural simplicity of the NRPRSA. Theoretical analyses and simulations are conducted to validate the efficacy of the proposed method.
