Through simulations, information transmission and the identification of an abnormal noise location with estimation accuracy of kilometer order are simultaneously achieved.

Abstract

We proposed a nonlinear Fourier transform (NFT)-based anomaly detection method with <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$b$</tex>-modulated signals. Through simulations, information transmission and the identification of an abnormal noise location with estimation accuracy of kilometer order are simultaneously achieved.
