Radio-Over-Fiber Transmission on Mode Group of Few Mode Fiber

We experimentally demonstrate analog radio-over-fiber transmission on a mode group of a few-mode fiber. Mode diversity reception at the optical receiver is shown to effectively stabilize the transmission performance against mode coupling between degenerate modes.
