Post-Adjustment of Temperature Dependence for Athermal Mach-Zehnder Filter

We propose a temperature-dependence post-adjustable structure for the Mach-Zehnder (MZ) filter. The calculated results show that the temperature dependence can be reduced to 0.049 GHz/80K, enabling TEC-free operation.

Abstract

We propose a temperature-dependence post-adjustable structure for the Mach-Zehnder (MZ) filter. The calculated results show that the temperature dependence can be reduced to 0.049 GHz/80K, enabling TEC-free operation.
