Study on Two-Stage Frequency Nonlinearity Pre-Distortion for FMCW Laser Source with 100 kHz Tuning Rate

Digital pre-distortion method based on jointly least-square fitting and endpoint fitting is proposed to correct frequency nonlinearity for FMCW LiDAR system with 100 kHz tuning rate, which can reduce the relative residual nonlinearity to 0.026%.
