Wavelet and CNN-Based Denoising of Digital Coherent Nanoscale Displacement Sensing

A phase signal denoising method based on wavelet transformation and CNN self-supervised learning is proposed to denoise nanoscale displacement signals. The spectrum smoothness and measurement accuracy are effectively improved.
