Optimized Energy-Efficient Secure Data Transmission in Smart Healthcare Applications Using PC2-ECC, TD-K-Means, And NTLM-LS-RSA

Enhanced energy economy, quality of service supply, and highly protected data transfer are all shown in the IoT network. Nevertheless, since it is open and has limited resources, it is still difficult to maintain a higher quality of service. This study proposes a method for medical services monitoring systems that combines TD-KMeans with NTLM-LS-RSA, a public key digital encryption technique called PC2-ECC, and an optimum confirmed path to transmit data in an effective and energy-efficient manner. Energy savings, security, and the providing of high-quality service (QoS) via virtualization are the three main issues that are addressed. The Internet of Things (IoT) body nodes containing sensors belonging to each connected user are first set up. After that, the nodes are grouped together to enhance data transfer with respect to energy efficiency. There are two stages to the clustered procedure in this case. The first step in utilizing PCC-SOA to identify the cluster head is to go through the configured nodes. The TD-Kmeans clustering technique is then used to group together all of the remaining sensor nodes. Utilizing the NTLM Hashing approach, numerous pathways that have been authorized are formed after clustered. After that, the Linear Scaling-based Reptile Search Algorithm (LS-RSA) Algorithms has chosen the best routing route. The suggested LSRSA approach outperforms the competing models, including Artificial Bee Colony (ABC), Genetic Algorithm (GA), and Swarm Particle Algorithm (SPA), in terms of accuracy by over $95 \%$.
