Instant, Low-Latency Service Provisioning via Cache-Enhanced Optical Circuit Switching Networks in Disaggregated Data Centers

We introduced the caching optical network technology into disaggregated data centers (DDCs) to enable instant, low-latency service provisioning. Results show that the use of preconfigured DDC-caching channels eliminates lightpath setup delay and reduce router load.
