M13 Bacteriophage-Based Lossy Mode Resonance Fiber-Optic Humidity Sensor

This study presents a lossy mode resonance-based fiber-optic humidity sensor utilizing M13 bacteriophage deposited on an indium tin oxide coated D-shaped fiber. The sensitivity of the sensor was measured to be <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$-1.01 \text{nm} / {\%}$</tex> R.H.
