An Adaptive Control System for Satellite-Ground Laser Communication Based on Integrated Sensing and Communication

We obtain turbulence information from the distorted beam data through a dynamic graph convolutional neural network and perform adaptive communication control. Compared to existing technology, the bit error rate is reduced by 9.64%, and power consumption is reduced by 20.75%.
