Simulation and Experiment of Ultra-Stable Erbium-Doped Fiber Optical Frequency Combs Locked to Microwave References
This paper proposes a mathematical model bridges free-running and locked-mode noise and novel locking strategy for optical frequency combs achieving <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$4.25 \times 10^{-16}$</tex> @ 1s stability, validated by simulations and experiments, enabling precise stability prediction and significant noise suppression.
