Secure And Anonymous Data Access in Smart Healthcare Applications Using Blockchain, LSR-KLA, And TSPP-SS
Cloud computing and the Internet of Things (IoT) are becoming more popular because of all the benefits they provide, one of which is the effective use of online and computer resources. A greater number of internet of things apps are now operational. To get over these problems, we provide a novel blockchain-based approach that enhances anonymity in data access and privacy. Equipment and user identification begins with the collection of Geographic location & IP Address information. Following this, the Adler 32 hash technique is used to transform the data into hashing values. Therefore, login is used for identification. The information that has been identified is encrypted on the device and then saved in the cloud utilizing the LSR-KLA method, which stands for Linear Scalability oriented Rider Optimizing with embedded KL Concealment. To provide the use of the data to the user with permission, the TSPP-SS technique is utilized. The whole transaction is eventually tracked by the digital ledger server. When compared to other models such as Rider Optimization Algorithm (ROA), Lion Optimization Algorithm (LOA), Cockroach Swarm Optimization (CSO), and Greenfly Aphid Swarm Optimization Algorithm (GASOA), the suggested technique, Linear Scaling based Rider Optimization Algorithm with integrated K-L Anonymity and Timestamp-based Public and Private Key Schnorr Signature (LSRKL Anonymity with TSPP-SS), stood out with the greatest accuracy of $98 \%$. This proves that the suggested strategy outperforms other methods by providing more accurate findings.
