Fabrication of High-Luminous-Efficiency Phosphor Glass Film-on-Sapphire by Electrostatic Spraying
In this study, a high-luminous-efficiency phosphor glass film-on-sapphire (PGoS) with different thicknesses was fabricated using electrostatic spraying. The <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$150 \mu ~\mathrm{m}$</tex> PGoS achieved the highest luminous efficiency, which is higher than PiG and <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$300 \mu ~\mathrm{m}$</tex> PGoS.
