Biological feedback in artificial intelligence systems
The purpose of the article is to show the importance of feedback in intelligent systems claiming to be human assistants and to share the experience of creating such systems. In the article, we consider several types of feedback which help to create intellectual human assistants. The choice of the feedback type is determined by the task of the system, its functionality, the hardware which is used for estimation of a person's state, and also by the necessity of personalization of the intellectual assistant - its adjustment to a particular person. We demonstrate several examples of intelligent systems for monitoring human psychophysiological state with loop and spiral feedback, show the advantages of different types of feedback and the problems associated with their organization.
