Deployed Synthetic Lithium-Ion Battery for Improving Battery Diagnosis
The paper presents the deployment process of a synthetic Lithium-Ion battery to a myRIO circuit board that can be directly used in manufacturing testing stages without any modifications. Modifying the internal parameters of the simulated battery, it is possible to simulate all kinds of valid and invalid batteries. The greatest advantage is the possibility to create data from testing failed batteries without the need to damage actual batteries. In this way, a data set is created for being used in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models for improving battery diagnosis in manufacturing. This approach is generic enough to be used in other use cases too.
