Clustering Health Facilities in West Java using the K-Means Clustering method

The purpose of this study is to classify the number of health facilities in West Java. The number of facilities can be one of the parameters used to measure the level of quality of life in an area. This research will discuss clustering in cities/districts in West Java based on the number of villages/sub-districts that have health facilities using K-Means Clustering. The data used comes from the West Java Central Bureau of Statistics. The data will be grouped using K-Means Clustering into three clusters, namely low, medium, and high. To validate the results of clustering, the davies bouldin index method is used. The result of this research is that the proportion of data from each cluster is obtained for C 1 (low) 37.04%, C2 (medium) 44.44% and C3 (high) 18.52%. In addition, the validation of this clustering obtained the value of the Davies Bouldin index is $\mathbf{0. 7 5 4}$. The contribution of this research is expected to help the West Java provincial government to pay more attention to districts / cities that need health facility development.
