On The Design of Switched-Mode Broadband High Frequency Power Inverters
This paper presents a systematic design approach for high frequency broadband inverters. Closed-form design equations are derived, and a 200 W class-Φ<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf> prototype achieves 94% efficiency across a 1.6 MHz bandwidth centered at 13.56 MHz. Experimental results validate the methodology, offering a practical solution for efficient broadband high frequency power supplies.
