Review of legal acts and technical solutions regarding mobility of people with disabilities

<ns3:p>Mobility of people with special needs is a socially important topic, especially for people with physical disabilities. Mobility conditions an individual to undertake social and professional activity. In the case of people with disabilities, the ability to travel independently encourages taking up more activities in everyday life. The mobility of people with disabilities is determined by legal acts, national and international documents. This study includes a review of legal provisions, an analysis of the literature on the ability of people with motor disabilities to drive a vehicle and technical solutions used in vehicles of drivers with disabilities.</ns3:p>
