The challenges of virtual reality on the agenda of preventive diplomacy: a medium-term perspective

The widespread use of digital information and communication technologies is becoming one of the challenges for both the global community and individuals. At the same time, numerous dangerous threats arise that are currently difficult to counter due to the lack of effective universal regulatory mechanisms. The article examines the hazardous manifestations of modern information technology consequences for human society and individuals in the medium-term perspective. It emphasizes the need to update international cooperation in the gray zones of global cyberspace.
