The paper proposes a method for creating a device for processing heterogeneous data in decision support systems, comprising a transmitting part of the device for processing heterogeneous data in decision support systems and a receiving part of the device for processing heterogeneous data in decision support systems, wherein the transmitting part of the device for processing heterogeneous data in decision support systems and the receiving part of the device for processing heterogeneous data in decision support systems are interconnected in series, which differs in that the device for processing various types of heterogeneous data in decision support systems additionally includes a neuro-fuzzy decision-making unit, a forecasting unit, and a knowledge base training unit.
