Construction Organization Structure Evaluation System Based on Entropy Theory

In the context of increasingly complex modern construction projects, traditional construction organization structure evaluation methods are difficult to accurately deal with the uncertainty and complexity. This study introduces entropy theory to build a scientific and comprehensive construction organization structure evaluation system. By determining the evaluation indicators related to entropy from multiple dimensions such as construction process, personnel collaboration, resource allocation, and information transmission, the entropy value calculation model is constructed using entropy theory to quantify the entropy value of each indicator, and further a comprehensive evaluation method is used to obtain the overall evaluation results of the construction organization structure. In order to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation system, data simulation was carried out. Typical construction project data were selected to simulate different construction stages and organizational structure adjustments, and the actual data were substituted into the evaluation system model. The results show that the system can clearly reflect the advantages and potential problems of the organizational structure, which is highly consistent with the organizational management dilemma in the actual construction process, and provides strong data support and theoretical basis for construction companies to optimize their organizational structure.
