Development and trend of service security management under big data technology
In the era of digitalization, big data technology is of great significance to the change of service security management. This study focuses on the application of big data technology in service security management, analyzes the "4V" characteristics of big data technology and key technologies such as stream computing and knowledge mapping, elaborates in detail on the definition and process of service security management and its integration mode with big data technology, and constructs a closed-loop model of "perception-analysis-decision-making-feedback". The study finds that big data technology has led to changes in service security management in terms of resource dispatching, risk warning, decision-making mode, etc., which has improved management effectiveness. However, there are still technical bottlenecks such as insufficient computing power, data security risks, and weak grassroots operation and maintenance capabilities. In this regard, the article proposes the use of edge computing combined with 5G, federated learning and zero-trust architecture, civil-military cooperation to develop low-code platforms and other coping strategies, while pointing out the direction of deepening technological convergence such as AI+IoT convergence and the application of digital twin technology. This research provides systematic theoretical and practical support for promoting the digital and intelligent transformation of service guarantee management, which helps to improve the military guarantee capability.
