Construction and Application of the Capability Evaluation Model for Young Employees of State Grid Corporation of China
This article conducts research on young employees of State Grid Corporation of China and establishes a scientific and reasonable ability evaluation model, providing strong support for the selection, cultivation, and motivation of young employees. By collecting a large amount of data and using statistical analysis methods, the model was validated and analyzed. Meanwhile, based on practical cases, discuss the application value of the model in the ability evaluation of young employees in State Grid Corporation of China.
