The Promoting Effect of Government Guidance on Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation: Analysis Based on MATLAB Simulation
Industry-university-research collaborative innovation (IURCI) is an important driving force for national socio-economic development. However, under the market mechanism, IURCI often faces the dilemma of "market failure", so the "invisible hand" needs the guidance of "tangible hand". In order to promote the collaborative innovation between enterprises and scientific research institutions, this paper introduces the government guidance into the classical model of evolutionary game theory to explore the real problems faced by the collaborative innovation of industry-university-research under the market mechanism, and the optimization and promotion role of government guidance on the collaborative innovation mode of industry-university-research. The results of MATLAB simulation show that some of the conditions for cooperation among the parties of industry-university-research are more easily satisfied under government guidance, and government guidance can significantly promote the realization of IURCI by changing the benefits of collaborative innovation, compensation coefficients and costs of collaborative innovation.
