The Impact of the Quranic Context on Guiding the Significance of Plural Forms indicating Abdominal and Back Words in Light of the Theory of Semantic Fields

This study addresses the topic of the impact of the Quranic Context on guiding the significance of broken plural forms indicating abdominal and back words in light of the theory of semantic fields. The research adopts the descriptive-analytical-methodology. The study aims to achieve its objectives by identifying the broken plural forms indicating the abdominal and back words and others related to them in the Holy Qur'an, and classifying them according to their semantic fields to determine the impact of the Quranic context on shaping their meanings. This involves the examining of the semantic shifts these forms undergo in different contexts to highlight their meanings and linguistic nuances, thereby elucidating the rhetorical and linguistic inimitability of the Qur'an. The research problem revolves around answering the following questions: What are the broken plural forms related to the abdomen and back in the Holy Qur'an? How frequently do they appear? What are their semantic fields? What are their lexical meanings? What are their semantic uses? What are their semantic shifts? And what is the impact of the Qur'anic context on directing their meanings? The study concludes that the broken plural forms of the abdomen and back and those related to them in the Holy Qur'an acquire different meanings depending on the context in which they appear. The meaning of a form varies across different contexts, and even when the meaning remains unchanged, the forms acquire distinct semantic nuances due to their interaction with the semantic relationships within the context. Keywords: Broken plural forms, Qur'anic context, semantic fields theory.

This study addresses the topic of the impact of the Quranic Context on guiding the significance of broken plural forms indicating abdominal and back words in light of the theory of semantic fields. The research adopts the descriptive-analytical-methodology.
