The project of Creating a Web Application Creating for Personal Profiles Utilize aims to create a Web Application Creating for Personal Profiles Utilize, to study the quality of the web application, and to study the satisfaction of the web application users. The research instrument in this study was a web application designed to create personal histories using the System Development Life Cycle: SDLC. A quality evaluation form and a satisfaction questionnaire form for using the web application user were examined and calculated to find the value of consistency between the questions and the objectives. The results of the study found that the overall quality assessment of web application use by 20 experts was at an excellent level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest quality assessment level was website efficiency, at an excellent level. 86 users were very satisfied with the overall use of the web application. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest satisfaction was the usefulness and usability at an excellent level. This study suggested that web applications should be developed to be efficient, with users emphasizing the benefits and being able to put them into practice, which will result in maximum user satisfaction and will be able to respond to the needs of web application users very well.
